  Lovely place for a family holiday near the beach. Operators were friendly and well organised, park had good facilities and was in good condition, not too massive, .. and we particularly enjoyed a spa at the end of the day! Nice weather and a good beach didn't hurt either!

  The manager was absolutely disgustingly rude on the phone. She accused me of inputting an illegitimate credit card into the booking system when in actual fact we weren't expecting the payment until 20th october as per our confirmation email. She said she had the same problem with the last 6 people. I suggested she not accuse me of being 'just like the rest' I got no apology but she said she does not think we are the 'type of people' she wants staying at her park. Absolutely shocking!!! Maybe you should still to the direct debit dates you promised on emails not 1 month before. A real shame as the place looks beautiful. Shame about customer service.
